Summer Williams
Summer Williams, expected class of 2022, is from Columbia, Maryland. Summer is earning a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering at North Carolina A&T State University, a public, historically black, research university. She is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and Chancellor’s List. She is also serving as an ambassador for the NCATSU Honors Program. Summer recently served as a project manager for NCAT Freshman Design Competition. She is always finding new opportunities to advance her educational and professional goals. Summer aspires to pursue a career in chemical engineering; she wants to conduct research on renewable energy.
