Antionette Marbray

Antionette Marbray is Vice President for Legal Affairs, State and Federal Relations & Strategic Planning at Stevenson University. She serves as the general counsel and chief government relations officer for the campus and is a member of the President’s Cabinet. Ms. Marbray also provides leadership in the development, implementation, and tracking of the university’s strategic plan and annual strategic initiatives. Recently, Antionette was appointed Co-chair for Stevenson’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Antionette is an accomplished university leader and executive with experience in both public and private institutions of higher education. She has more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of post-secondary programs and operations, and nine years in senior and executive leadership roles. Antionette is a proven leader and thought partner in student success programs, recruitment and retention programs, strategic planning, government and community relations, legal affairs, equity compliance, risk management, emergency operations, incident management and COVID-19 operations.

Antionette currently serves as member of the Board for Baltimore CollegeTown Network, and previously served on the Finance Committee for University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center, as a member of the Historic Preservation Commission for Charles County Maryland, as a member of the Audit Committee for the Francis Parker School and as the Vice President for the Elementary Institute of Science Board of Directors in San Diego, California. Antionette earned a B.A., from the University of South Florida, a M.Ed. from the University of Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University.
