Clarence “Clay” Goldsborough, Jr. is currently a Partner at First Financial Group, Inc. (FFG). Since 2012, he has won numerous awards and industry recognition as he has grown First Financial Group into one of the premier financial planning firms in the mid-Atlantic region.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hampton University, Clay began his career in sales at Fortune 500 computer software and IT companies. Next, he founded and managed seven successful real estate investment and consulting companies. In 2010, Clay was the Director of Business Development with Northwestern Mutual and successfully instituted a new approach for recruiting and training financial Advisors. 

Clay strongly believes in helping people establish generational wealth, mitigate taxation, and reduce risk exposure. His greatest passion, however, is building relationships between like-minded individuals with the purpose of selflessly helping one another with their personal and professional growth.

In his spare time, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife, Adrian, and their 2 sons, Ethan and Evan. Clay also enjoys golfing and reading. He is very active in his community as a proud member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Lakewood Country Club, and Century Club, LTD.
