Mrs. Kimberly A. Loder-Albritton is a federal employee with over 30 years of federal service. Mrs. Loder-Albritton currently serves as the Chief, equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance and complaints for the Department of the Army where she is responsible for managing EEO compliance and adjudicating of civilian EEO complaints. Prior to her present position Mrs. Loder-Albritton served as Deputy Chief, Equal Opportunity (EO) and Diversity Programs at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency where she directed and managed six major agency-wide programs affecting civilian and military personnel. Mrs. Loder-Albritton also has
experience in Employee Development and Labor-Employee Relations.

Mrs. Loder-Albritton is active in her community where she volunteers with Alexandria’s Senior Services programs (Meals on Wheels and Friendly Visitor Program). Mrs. Loder-Albritton helped to establish the Washington D.C. Metro Chapter of the Twelve Days of Christmas, Incorporated in 2003 and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Mrs. Loder-Albritton is a very proud historically black colleges and universities graduate of Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Master of Science from Troy State University in Montgomery, AL.
