Executive Director

LaShelle Franklin is an accomplished attorney with business operational and legal experience. She is a proud graduate of Howard University. Throughout her career, she has worked in both the government and private industry in Maryland and D.C.  Her career started in the D.C. Superior Court as a Law Clerk for the Presiding Judge of Family Court.  In her role, she wrote briefs and drafted legal opinions for an array of cases spanning from divorce and child custody to juvenile and abuse cases.

Dwight Franklin is the President and CEO of Professional Management Consulting Services (PMCS), which provides professional consulting solutions in management, IT, Health IT and staffing services. Since 2006 PMCS has provided national award winning services to commercial clients, state, local and federal governments. Mr. Franklin received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University.

Keisha L. Mack, Ph.D

Keisha L. Mack, PhD is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of The MECCA Group, LLC. Founded in 2006, The MECCA Group is a private psychological and rehabilitative services practice and consulting firm whose focus is on providing high quality mental and rehabilitative health services to underserved populations in the DC Metropolitan area.

Charlotte Y. Reid

Charlotte Y. Reid is the Chief Visionary Officer at Reid | Rodell, an internationally reputed event design firm based in Washington, DC. She is an interior designer and planner who, until merging with partner Anthony Rodell in 2016, ran her own residential and commercial design firm, Charlotte Reid Design & Events for over a decade.

Thomas (Tom) Dawson III

Thomas (Tom) J. Dawson III, is the founder and CEO of TD&P Consulting, Inc., an applied health policy consulting firm focused on litigation support, mediation consulting, medical cost analysis, and expert witness services.
