Nancy Gonzalez

Nancy Gonzalez, expected class of 2020, is from El Salvador. Nancy will graduate from the University of the District of Columbia, one of the only public universities in the U.S. Capitol. At the University of the District of Columbia, she is studying health education with a concentration in public health. Recently, she has obtained her associate’s degree in Liberal Studies. Nancy currently serves as the Assistant Outreach Coordinator for the Washington, D.C. Mayor Bowser’s office within the Latino Affairs Department. She has worked for Smile Center Dental as a Front Desk Assistant and is bilingual in English and Spanish. After graduation, Nancy aspires to pursue a career in healthcare, which has been a lifetime goal of hers.
