Kelsey Johnson

Kelsey Johnson, expected class of 2022, is originally from Chandler, Arizona. She is studying Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications at Howard University. Kelsey has interned for Arizona State University School of Civic and Economic Thought and Leadership as a Civic Leadership Institute intern as well as the United States Chamber of Congress as a Congressional and Public Affairs Intern. She has also co-founded Glamour Girlz, a small company specializing in handcrafted accessories for young girls. She is a member of the Howard University Mock Trial team, which she serves as a mock attorney. She became a member of the Walter H. Annenberg Honors Program on-campus. As a sophomore, she became the Director of Pre-Professionalism for Howard University’s Student Association. Kelsey has a fascination with politics and after graduating from Howard University, she aspires to become a broadcast political analyst.
