Jenai Frenette

Returning awardee Jenai Frenette, expected class of 2021, is originally from Waterbury, Connecticut. She is a Nursing major at Howard University. Jenai has extensive volunteer experience with organizations like the Health Service Corp, Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, and Hoops for Life. Jenai has worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS and has completed a maternity clinical rotation. She has won several awards, including 1st Place in Poetry from the Afro-Latin-Indian Competition and Medical Innovation 1st Place with the HOSA-Future Health Professionals. Due to her love of children and desire to help families, upon graduation, Jenai will pursue a career in pediatrics.
